The Garden Chicks have a Roost!
After many years the Garden Chicks finally have a home on the web, and we're official now! We'll feature some pictures of our hypertufa pots, sculptures, and leaves we've created over the years, as well as our more recent mosaic projects on the Gallery page. If you are interested in ordering something similar or buying a listed sale item on the Sales page, just drop us a note in Contact Us and we'll get back to you.

The Garden Chicks are . . . Three best friends - Jude Young, Valerie Sauve’ and Jan Bettenburg, who started making lawn sculptures and art pieces in 2001 after taking a hypertufa class offered through the City of Central Point. Since then they haven’t stopped, and the trio gets more creative each year.

The Garden Chicks are always experimenting and creating new ideas that just m
ight bring another smile to your face; including their mosaic-inlaid planters, stepping stones, cowboy boots and high-heeled shoes; sculptured garden frogs, bikini-clad girls and their ever-popular concrete leaves that are truly a beautiful addition to any garden or patio.

"We’ve got so many ideas that I stay awake at night trying to figure out how to make these crazy ideas become reality," says Jude, "...the whacky ones are the best - they make people laugh!"

You can tell these ‘Garden Chicks’ just want to have fun!

Art in Bloom...

Picture
The Garden Chicks have participated in "Art in Bloom," located in the beautiful Rogue Valley of southern Oregon, for the past seven years. "We work all year after our full-time jobs on this hobby and hope someday to have a garden art shop and retire(?).    Well . . . it's fun to dream about anyway!"

"It is truly wonderful to see people laugh as they enter our booth. We have won 'Best of Show' booth several times and have a number of faithful followers and . . .   We Thank You for all the laughs and encouragement!"
